implanted cardiac Devices
Certain cardiac conditions require an implanted cardiac device be placed. Dr Singh and Dr Mander have been performing device implants at West Michigan Cardiology for over 20 years. Dr. Singh specializes in traditional pacemaker implants, leadless pacemaker implants, loop recorder implants, and defibrillator implants (including biventricular and subcutaneous devices). Dr. Mander specializes in traditional pacemaker implants and loop recorder implants. Below you will find more information on all the types of implanted cardiac devices available at West Michigan Cardiology.
West Michigan Cardiology also offers the only provider operated device clinic in the area. This means your newly implanted pacemaker, defibrillator, or loop recorder will be monitored and managed by a board certified physician assistant who is specifically trained in management of implanted cardiac devices by the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners.
