COVID Safety Measures

If you are medically able, we require face masks to be worn by all patients and staff; If you do not have one, one will be provided for you.

All scheduled patients will be screened at check-in to ensure the safety of our staff and patients.

We will have you wash your hands or sanitize them when you check-in. There are also, multiple hand sanitizing units throughout the office and in each room.

While in the waiting room, please attempt to social distance from those around you.
